Baylee Engquist MSW
Baylee is passionate about improving mental health and emotional well-being by addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. She helps clients build resilience, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping skills, tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs. Baylee works with children, adolescents, and adults, creating a safe and supportive space for personal growth.
Her approach is warm, empathetic, and holistic, empowering clients to explore their identities and life stories. With children, Baylee fosters emotional expression and regulation through play and creativity. For adolescents, her work often focuses on identity exploration, self-esteem, and managing life transitions. For adults, she addresses unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, promoting personal growth and greater emotional well-being.
Baylee’s extensive experience includes hospital social work, where she supported individuals using substances, navigating homelessness, and managing complex life circumstances. She has also helped patients and families make difficult decisions surrounding hospice and end-of-life care. Baylee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Saint Mary’s University, Minneapolis.
Outside of her professional life, Baylee enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, playing volleyball, and watching movies. Her approachable and compassionate nature reflects her dedication to empowering clients and fostering meaningful therapeutic connections.
