The Enneagram is typing tool used to identify your core motivation. Using 9 main types and 27 subtypes, the Enneagram is used to help you understand why you react how you do in certain situations. Does this mean you need to change? Absolutely not. However, if you find yourself reacting in a way that you would like to change, then we should talk. Find yourself just curious as to what your type may be? We should talk. It may also help you identify how your skills sets can be put into words, or be able to identify environments that just dont work for you and what does.
The Enneagram is not about right, wrong, good and bad. It's intention is to give you the understanding of yourself so you can work toward being your best self.
The Enneagram is described as a journey. I'm always amazed at how much I am still learning about myself.
Suzanne Stabile says it best in the opening chapter of Forty Days on Being a Nine, by Marlena Graves, Suzanne writes, "Belonging is complicated....The Enneagram identifies...why we can belong more easily with some people than with others. And it teaches us to find our place in situations without having to displace someone else."
