With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Carly Hoffman has cultivated a diverse skill set and deep expertise to provide compassionate and effective care. Her professional journey encompasses work in program development, direct patient care, clinical program management, and strategic mental health consulting. Carly’s roles have spanned community mental health, outpatient therapy, intensive day treatment (IOP and PHP), corporate behavioral health leadership, and private practice.
Carly is a certified clinical supervisor and has extensive experience in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness, psychoeducation, and positive psychology to foster healing and growth. Her work is guided by empathy, humor, and a commitment to creating meaningful connections with her clients. Carly’s mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves and create lives of balance and purpose. She focuses on resilience, emotional well-being, and the development of tools for coping and thriving. Carly has a strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, having led initiatives to enhance accessibility and cultural competence in mental health services.
In addition to her clinical practice, Carly has made significant contributions to strategic mental health programming, including leading DEI efforts and improving engagement in mental health benefits at the organizational level. Her leadership has been recognized through multiple awards for her innovative and client-centered approach.
