Jade is a compassionate, client-centered therapist with a strength-based approach and over 6 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in working with adolescents (ages 12 and above), adults, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of concerns.

Jade has worked on a DBT-certified team and utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, and Person-Centered Therapy in her work. She integrates evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, psychoeducation, and radical acceptance to empower clients in their healing and growth.
