Jenny offers telehealth sessions for individual outpatient therapy with adults while working under supervision toward her LICSW licensure. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from St. Catherine University in 2021. She has experience working primarily with adults in various settings over the last 13 years including adult in-patient, intensive outpatient, mental health research, case management, substance use outpatient recovery, and clinical.

Jenny is dedicated to providing a non-judgmental, validating, and safe space for her clients. Believing in collaborative care, Jenny strives to meet clients where they are at in their journey toward healing and growth. She utilizes various therapeutic approaches and values learning alongside her clients as they explore different topics and issues. Jenny enjoys providing psychoeducation to help clients make informed choices for change, better understand their diagnoses and symptoms, and learn skills to manage those symptoms effectively while building resiliency.

Focus areas include: Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Depression, Dual Diagnosis, Self-Esteem, Stress, Suicidal Ideation, Trauma

Jenny is being supervised by Stacia Hanson MA LP while she pursues her state licensure.
