Sara Behr's focus is organizational development with an emphasis on personal development through use of the Enneagram, a personality typing tool used to identify a person's core motivation. 

Sara retired from the Army National Guard at the rank of major in 2018. It was on a deployment to Southwest Asia when she first discovered the Enneagram and the positive affect it can have on an organization and on individuals. 

Sara holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communications Management from Concordia University - Saint Paul and an undergraduate degree from Saint Cloud State University where she also commissioned through ROTC into the Minnesota Army National Guard. Sara attended various military schools throughout her 20 years of service.

Sara has studied the Enneagram for the past 11 years and is accredited through Anne Mureè Full Circle Enneagram Training Course. 

Sara resides in the Twin Cities with her family, three dogs and two horses.
