Psychologist, CEO, and Founder of Lilium Center

With nearly 20 years of experience in the psychology field, she has developed a range of competencies and credentials that enable her to deliver effective and compassionate care to our clients. Stacia's professional experience spans school based mental health, community mental health, in-home family therapy, outpatient mental health therapy, and private practice.

She is a board-certified clinical supervisor, a certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA certified consultant in training, specializing in trauma recovery and performance enhancement. She is also certified in Alpha Stim CES treatment for insomnia, anxiety, and depression. Stacia has attained recognition as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). In addition, she is a certified teacher in Power Yoga and Yoga Nidra; two practices that complement her psychological practice.

Her mission is to help clients heal from their past and present challenges and empower their whole self to achieve their personal and professional goals. She draws from expertise and passion for mindfulness and other evidence based strategies to foster resilience and encourage presence, growth, and connection. She is focused on general mental and physical resiliency as well as trauma recovery, performance enhancement, and positive psychology.

Stacia strives to grow and lead the Lilium team with values of authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. Utilizing creativity and innovation while providing wellness solutions for mental healthcare. Stacia values and demonstrates commitment to the Lilium business model, putting both the provider and consumer experience at the forefront of our operations and growth. Past volunteer experience: Former Chair of the Human Diversity and Public Practice with EMDRIA organization. Former volunteer coordinator for the MN Humanitarian Assistance Program Trauma Recovery Network. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Stacia worked successfully for over a decade in another industry providing many opportunities to travel world wide.

Education: M.A. in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University of Minnesota (2005) and B.A.S. Psychology and Health Education from University of Minnesota Duluth (2002)

Affiliations: Minnesota Psychological Association, American Psychological Society, Minnesota Society of Clinical Hypnosis, EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), and Yoga Alliance.
